How do I get a copyright release for photos
that I purchased on a recent cruise?
A:
Click on Photo
Copyright Release Form . You will complete the requested information
including: Your name, ship and sailing date. Please click on the
Submit button and print off a copy of the form
which may be taken to a photo shop of your choice so they may
proceed with your order. Copyright Releases are valid for 30 days
but may be reprinted as needed.
Q:
The
DVD I purchased on a recent cruise did not work when I got it
home. How do I arrange for a replacement?
A:
Please
send an email message to: Customerservice@imageservices.com
and provide the following information: Your name, address, phone
number, EMAIL address, ship, sailing date, stateroom number a
brief description of the difficulty you are having with the DVD
and include a copy of your receipt and/or final billing statement
reflecting the purchase. Once this is received, we will be more
than happy in arranging a replacement. Please keep in mind that
videos are only kept for 6 months from the sailing date.
Note:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless we
cannot replace the faulty DVD.

Disney and Norwegian Cruise Lines Guests :

How do I order a reprint of a photo?
A:
Click on Photo
Request Form , You will need to provide your name, address,
phone number, EMAIL address, ship, sailing date, stateroom number
and credit card information. To that form, you will also need
to attach a photograph of the guest(s) who were in the photos
you are searching for. Please use the “BROWSE” button provided
to attach your photo from your own personal file or computer.
Just beneath the “BROWSE” button, in the “Additional Information”
box you will need to provide a brief description of the photo(s)
you are looking including: Date taken, location, event/backdrop
and number of people in photograph(s). Prices for photos are the
same as those charged on the ship and there is a minimum purchase:
$ 19.95 plus shipping. Shipping costs are $ 10 domestic and $
15 international depending on the location of both the ship and
the guest placing the order.

Norwegian Cruise Lines Guests :
Q:
How do I order a copy of a cruise DVD I did not purchase on a
recent cruise?
A:
Click on Video/DVD
Request Form , or you may contact our Guest Services department
either by phone, fax or email. You will need to provide us with
your contact and payment information. Once this is received, we
will be more than happy to send you your video/DVD. Please keep
in mind that videos are only kept for 6 months from the sailing
date.
